You can request deletion of the account you use to sign in to the Care Net app. We verify the signed-in account before accepting the request so another person cannot delete it.
Request deletion in the app
Sign in to the Care Net app, open Account, choose Delete account, review the explanation, and confirm the request. The account immediately stops receiving access to linked appointments, profile details, and program information while the request is completed.

Call Care Net at 772-569-7939. Staff will verify that you control the account before helping with deletion. Do not send medical details, passwords, identity documents, or private health information through an unauthenticated web form.

The request removes the app sign-in account, its person link, pending account-review information, and account-only onboarding data when deletion can be completed.
If you used Sign in with Apple
Care Net deletes the Firebase sign-in identity used by the app. When Care Net cannot revoke Apple authorization on your behalf, open Apple Account settings, choose Sign in with Apple, select Care Net, and choose Stop Using Sign in with Apple.
Records Care Net may retain
Deleting an app account does not automatically erase appointment, communication, care, financial, audit, or other records that Care Net may retain under approved retention policies or legal obligations. Those records no longer remain accessible through the deleted app account.
